Plastic surgery is always a major decision and must be carefully considered by every patient. If you are thinking about potentially undergoing more than one procedure, it often makes sense to get them both done simultaneously. That way, there is only one recovery period, so you’ll need minimal time off from work.
But first, you’ll need to see which procedures you qualify for by coming in for an initial consultation with Dr. Anthony. At this time, he will thoroughly examine your facial features and note the degree of skin aging and other blemishes present. Dr. Anthony will also study your medical history and ask about your treatment goals. You’ll have the opportunity to provide your input as well to make sure your treatment plan is a good match for your current situation.

FACELIFT & NECKLIFT
Average Cost: $15,000 to $20,000
Recovery time: 3 Weeks
A facelift is the process of significantly reducing or outright eliminating skin laxity on the lower half of the face, typically presenting as sunken cheeks, folds around the nose and mouth, jowls (sagging skin on the jawline), and other wrinkles. Dr. Anthony performs multiple versions of the facelift, including the:
- Mini facelift
- Deep plane facelift
Patients in their 40s or 50s with moderately aging skin are often the best candidates for a mini facelift. Those with more severe wrinkling and folds are typically a better fit for a deep plane facelift.
LOWER EYELID LIFT
Average Cost: $5,000 to $7,000
Recovery time: 1-2 Weeks
Lower blepharoplasty is usually an excellent option for patients with “bags” under their eyes and/or extra skin. These symptoms can make a patient look tired or result in premature facial aging. During a lower eyelid lift, Dr. Anthony can remove excess skin and fat as necessary for a smoother look.
UPPER EYELID LIFT
Average Cost: $4,000 to $6,000
Recovery time: 1-2 Weeks
An upper blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift, is used to correct drooping of the upper eyelids due to excess skin, weak muscle tissue, or both. Besides being a cosmetic concern, the lids can impede a patient’s peripheral vision and gradually worsen without treatment. Dr. Anthony will need to diagnose the exact cause(s) of your droopy eyelids to determine which version of the upper eyelid procedure is right for you.
LIP LIFT
Average Cost: $5,000 to $6,000
Recovery time: 7-10 Days
As we age, the upper lip undergoes vertical lengthening, loses anterior projection, and experiences volume loss, leading to a deflated look. Essentially, it rolls under and faces towards the ground, so you lose that nice shape of the lip. With a lip lift, we make a small incision and take out a strip of skin and tissue. When Dr. Anthony re-sutures that in place, it raises the upper lip and rotates it anteriorly. In doing so, it increases the fullness and gives the lip a more youthful but natural appearance. This can be done in conjunction with fillers or as an alternative to fillers depending on the patient’s goals.
UPPER AND LOWER COMBINATION
Average Cost: $9,000 to $11,000
Recovery time: 1-2 Weeks
For total eye rejuvenation, patients will often get an upper and lower blepharoplasty at the same time. This is a great way for men and women experiencing unwelcome signs of aging in both areas to maintain a consistent, uniform appearance after healing.
